How does Allē work?
Think of Allē as a frequent flier program for your face in San Jose: The more BOTOX or JUVÉDERM treatments you receive, the more points you earn, and the more you save. It’s that simple.
How do I become a member?
Membership is free. Just visit www.Alle.com to register. Once you have completed the online enrollment, you can list our practice as your preferred provider by clicking on “My Physician” and locating Dr. Lepore, Dr. Bates or Dr. Maser.
How do I earn points?
With each qualifying BOTOX or JUVÉDERM treatment, you earn points that are redeemable for vouchers on future procedures. When you come into our office, just let one of our staff members know that you are an Allē member.
How do I know how many points I have?
Once your treatment is complete, you will receive an email letting you know how many points were earned. You can also log in to your Allē account at any time and view your current point balance.
How do I redeem points?
You can store up your points in your Allē Wallet. When you’re ready to use your points, ask your provider to apply your points at checkout to receive instant savings.
Do points expire?
Yes. Points are not added to your profile until you redeem the coupon from your last treatment. Once the points are “banked,” the program rules state that these points will remain active in your profile as long as you have either deposited or redeemed points within 12 months.
